New Year, New Exhibitions!

I'm looking forward to 2018 when I am participating in a number of exhibitions which which is always exciting. I will be sharing the images of the works on display during the course of each exhibition.

Friday 26 January sees the opening of the South African Society of Artists (SASA)  2018 Merit Exhibition  at 18h00. The opening speech will be given by Internationally acclaimed Contemporary Artist, Derric van Rensburg at the Richard Crowie Hall, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens in Cape Town. The exhibition runs daily until Sunday 4 February.

Bright Street Gallery in Somerset West has an exciting new exhibition also opening on Friday 26 January entitled 'Flower Power' where some of my botanical works will be on exhibition alongside other flower-themed works by Western Cape artists including fine artist and gallery owner Di White.  The exhibition runs until Friday 9 March.

An new Art Portfolio exhibition opens at the Richard Crowie Hall, in Kirstenbosch Gardens on 12 March. This is an exhibition of invited artists' work and I will be showing 8 of my original black and white images plus some prints in the portfolio section.

The Worldwide Botanical Art Exhibition at the Everard Read Gallery in Johannesburg, Gauteng opens on Thursday 17 May. Three of my works have been accepted at this exhibition which includes artists from 22 countries. The exhibition runs for one month.
